Monica strengthened the company’s relationship with its partner NAHREP, led workshops at regional and national conferences, and created strategic partnerships with organizations at the local, regional, and National level.
In 2022, with the changes in NCAA rules and Name, Image and Likeness. Monica decided to use her knowledge and expertise in sales and marketing and founded Temple Sports Management. Her mission is to educate and prepare athletes for a life and a career after sports. TSM's goal is to assist and help athlete’s brand themselves to attract sponsorships and/or ambassadorships through NIL and monetize their brand. More importantly, focusing on financial literacy. By educating athletes on basic financial principles, TSM is helping athletes build a foundation to create and sustain generational wealth. At TSM athletes are not just clients, they are family.

Hello TSM Family,
My name is Aaliyah White, and it is with extreme honor to introduce myself as the New Personal Brand & Marketing Director here at Temple Sports Management.
A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and currently an Athletic Training major at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas, Aaliyah grew-up in and around the sports world. Growing up, sports played a significant role in her household, she experienced firsthand what it is like to travel and experience what it feels to be in the sports trenches and being a fan in the stands. Aaliyah grew to love athletic training her junior in high school and knew that it was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.
Aaliyah was a student athletic trainer for the Men's Basketball Team for Texas Southern for two and half years. In her spare time, she started her virtual business Thee Creative Concept. Thee Creative Concept is a virtual assistant and social media marketing agency that specializes in assisting business owners with backend tasks and how to strategically grow their businesses in the new world of social media. With a large client list that started to overflow, Aaliyah decided that she could assist athletes with the same resources.
Aaliyah was approached by TSM's CEO and after a phone call and in-person meeting she decided to become a part of the TSM Family! Aaliyah is extremely grateful for the opportunity here at TSM, and has a ton of gratitude for TSM's CEO, Monica for granting her the opportunity to serve and work with TSM's athletes. Monica's vision and mission to have a minority, woman owned sports firm is inspiring and groundbreaking. Together we will make magic one athlete at a time
